Background Check Fee Policy

Submitting a rental application is free. We charge a separate $41 background-check fee per applicant. This fee is non-refundable.
The fee
Amount: $41 per applicant for the background check.
Payment methods: cash or check.
The fee is paid in person at the property viewing after initial contact with RJLU Rentals. This website does not collect payment.
Each applicant pays a separate $41 fee.
